Lansdale Parks and Recreation is hoping Mother Nature cooperates for its rescheduled Kids to Parks Day event on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Whites Road Park.

Furthermore, The Partnership TMA of Montgomery County and Lansdale Police Department’s Bike Rodeo has been rescheduled to Saturday, Aug. 10.

The parks event will give a chance for the department to promote previews of upcoming summer programming, including pickleball.

It will also feature nature activities with the local Boy Scouts, history walks with the Lansdale Historical Society, a scavenger hunt, and a DJ dance party.

Plus, food and refreshments will be provided, tentatively, by Little’s Ice Cream and Water Ice, Stewart’s Root Beer Mobile Restaurant, and BG’s Funnel Cake.
