Emergency personnel on scene of motorcycle accident with injuries, cardiac arrest in Montgomeryville Tuesday morning

At least one person was taken to Jefferson Lansdale Hospital with immediate life-threatening injuries by VMSC Emergency Medical Services, following a vehicle accident involving a driver with cardiac arrest Tuesday morning in Montgomery Township, affecting traffic near the intersection of County Line and Lower State roads.

Reports stated a vehicle was blocking the turning lane on northbound Lower State Road.

The accident involves a white motorcycle and a Chevrolet Tahoe, per reports from the scene.

Emergency personnel remain on scene to investigate the crash, which was reported, along with the cardiac arrest, at 8:53 a.m. Avoid the area if possible.

Limekiln PIke, Lower State Road and County Line Road are all closed as of 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Montgomery Township Police are assisted at the scene by VMSC EMS, Fire Department of Montgomery Township, Colmar Fire Police, Horsham Fire Police, Collegeville Fire Co Fire Police, Enterprise of Hatboro Fire Co. and Hatboro Fire Police.
