Are you hot enough yet? How about your four-footed friend? First Friday beckons you, your family and your fur babies to Lansdale for cool fun.
The theme of this weekend’s July 5 First Friday is "Dog Days of Summer." Sponsor Discover Lansdale welcomes pups and parents with fun and engaging ideas for everyone. There will be themed vendors and a photo scavenger hunt, bounce and water amusements for the kids, cold drinks (adult and otherwise) for their folks, live music, tasty food, juggling, face painting, dunk tank and much more.
The popular downtown tie-in, the Discover Lansdale Passport Program continues. Pick up a Passport Program playing card at the Discover Lansdale table at First Friday or weekdays at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County office on Madison Street.
Then, collect stamps all summer long by patronizing participating borough businesses. And once eight stamps have been collected, bring the card to the next First Friday for a drawing worth more than $300 every month.
