The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the Lansdale area ahead of a winter storm which is expected to bring snow to the region late Friday evening through Saturday morning.
The advisory is in effect from 10 p.m. Friday through 10 a.m. Saturday. The NWS estimates that two to five inches are expected from the storm, with briefly heavy snow overnight before tapering off Saturday morning.
Motorists should plan for slippery road conditions, according to the NWS.
