Beef & Beer Organized to Raise Funds for Hatfield Boy with Spina Bifida

A Hatfield adolescent with spina bifida is hosting a kid-friendly country western-themed Beef and Beer Fundraiser to raise awareness of the condition and raise money for a new wheelchair-accessible van.

HELP HOPE LIVE, a nonprofit that assists families with disabilities to fundraiser for uninsured medical expenses, and Milen Kichukov, 12, have teamed up for the event on March 2 at Schwenckfeld Center Banquet Hall in Towamencin. The venue is located at 1292 Allentown Road and the event will run from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The fundraiser is kid-friendly and will include a DJ, photo booth, activities, raffles, and more. There will also be a best cowboy boots contest. Entry is $35 per adult, $15 for ages 10-20, and youth ages 9 and under are free. Adults must be 21 or older to consume alcohol at the event.
