Nery Leonardo Vasquez-Pascual, 39, of Telford, is accused of sending naked pictures of the victim to his cell phone without their consent.
The owner of Leonardo’s Pizza in Chalfont Borough who turned himself in on indecent assault and invasion of privacy charges for allegedly grabbing a victim’s buttocks, kissing them, and using their phone to send himself nude pictures of the victim was arraigned in Bucks County court this month on all offenses.
Nery Leonardo Vasquez-Pascual, 39, of Telford, faces trial on charges of felony unlawful use of a communication device, misdemeanor indecent assault, two misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy and four misdemeanor harassment charges, per court records.
Vasquez-Pascual indecently assaulted the victim on Aug. 17 when upon their return to work to retrieve their cell phone that was left behind, authorities allege.
When the victim re-entered Leonardo’s Pizza, Vasquez-Pascual handed the phone to the victim and then allegedly turned the victim toward him, grabbed their buttocks, and began aggressively kissing the victim.
The victim, police said, was able to escape Vasquez-Pascual, but he followed the victim to their car.
Vasquez-Pascual allegedly knocked on the victim’s window and the victim drove away.
Police said it was later determined that Vasquez-Pascual, while in possession of the victim’s phone, texted himself naked pictures of the victim and their partner to his own phone.
Vasquez-Pascual is free on bail.
