A Warrington Township man wanted for missing a preliminary hearing on three felony counts of endangering the welfare of minors turned himself in to authorities Thursday.

Christian Jeffrey Anderson-Ley, 36, of Teresa Circle, was accused of offenses that occurred Nov. 23 in the township, per court documents. Police responded to a residential medical emergency, in which a woman was found to be actively overdosing and Anderson-Ley was allegedly under the influence of controlled substances.

Three children were also in the home, police said.

Authorities found rotten food and water damage spread throughout the kitchen, as well as fentanyl found at the bottom of a staircase near children’s bedrooms, according to police.

Anderson-Ley was released on $15,000 unsecured bail, per court records. He is prohibited from being around children, per bail orders.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
