A Conshohocken man is charged with felony criminal trespassing and numerous misdemeanor charges by Perkasie Borough Police after allegedly threatening to fight and kill a Bucks County family on two occasions on the same day.

Jude Thaddeus Dimidio, 28, of the 600 block of Wood Street, was also arraigned Aug. 24 on misdemeanor charges of terroristic threats with the intent to terrorize another person, stalking, harassment via lewd, threatening or obscene words, and disorderly conduct by fighting, as well as summary offenses of harassment and public drunkenness, per charging documents.

Dimidio remains at Bucks County jail in lieu of 10% of $50,000 cash bail, per court documents.

On Aug. 24, at 1:10 p.m., police saw Dimidio walking down West Walnut Street near South Second Street in Perkasie Borough, when he came up to their vehicle and had a civil conversation, police said.

At the end of the conversation, police allege the first victim pulled up and asked Dimidio if he lived at the residence, to which Dimidio replied, “F--- you, b----.” The victim then drove away.

Dimidio told police he knew the victim because she lived in a house behind his ex-girlfriend on the 300 block of Arch Street, per the complaint.

Police told Dimidio not to have any contact with the victim, per the complaint.

Authorities visited the victims at their home, where they told police Dimidio has harassed them in the past, police said. While talking to the victim, at 1:24 p.m., DiMidio showed up at their house, according to the report, and began yelling profanities.

Police advised DImidio again not to return to the home or have any contact with the victims, per the affidavit.

Around 2 p.m., police were dispatched back to the victims’ house, where Dimidio was allegedly yelling for the victims to “Keep their f----- mouths shut,” per the complaint. Around 2:15 p.m., police found Dimidio on West Chestnut Street and told him he would be charged with harassment as a result of his previous encounters, according to the report, and not to talk to them again or return to their home.

Police said that at 3:40 p.m., police were dispatched to the victims’ house after Dimidio returned and walked onto their property, called one of them a “punk ass b----,” asked one of them to “throw down,” threatened to punch one of them and said he kills people like that.

Police detained DImidio and took him to Perkasie Borough Police station. In the police car, Dimidio smelled like alcohol, police said, and he made threats in reference to the victims, stating “I’m going to kill this m-----------‘s whole f------ family.”

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
