Authorities said one person remains in critical condition Saturday.

3 dead, 2 injured in 3-vehicle crash in Hatboro Friday night

Three people are dead and one is in critical condition at a local medical center following a three-vehicle crash Friday night on E. County Line Road and Park Avenue in Hatboro Township.

Hatboro Police Department said a 31-year-old man, a 31-year-old woman, and a 69-year-old female died in the collision at 6:35 p.m. Friday.

A 23-year-old female suffered severe injuries and is in critical condition Saturday morning, police said. Another 69-year-old female remains in stable condition, police said.

Authorities said an investigation revealed a Chevrolet Camaro, driven by the 31-year-old deceased male, was traveling west on County Line Road, when it crossed into the eastbound travel lanes, striking a Nissan SUV, driven by the deceased 69-year-old woman.

A third vehicle, a Hyundai SUV, was traveling eastbound, behind the Nissan, and was involved in the crash, police said. The driver was injured, according to the report, and taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center.

The Camaro driver was pronounced dead at the scene and two of his passengers were extricated from the car and taken to Jefferson Abington Hospital by Second Alarmers Association & Rescue EMS.

The 31-year-old female succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital, police said.

The woman in critical condition was the second passenger of the Camaro.

The driver of the Nissan was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Upon notification of next of kin, police will release the names of the deceased and injured.

The crash is being investigated by the Hatboro Police Department, along with the Eastern Montgomery County Crash Team.
