Police were dispatched to the intersection with Horsham Road at 11:27 a.m. on April 29 for a report of a vehicle collision involving an SUV and a commercial truck, with one person being ejected from their vehicle and another being trapped inside. Arriving police located a collision between a 2016 Toyota Rav4 and a red 2021 Peterbilt four-car hauler, along with an overturned 2006 Ford Mustang that had fallen off the Peterbilt.
