It is officially baseball and softball season in the Lansdale area.
On the weekend of April 12-13, North Penn Little League knocked its Opening Day out of the park.
The Opening Day event featured raffle baskets, a mascot run, a fire truck baseball truck, and, according to parent Alysha Schoenacher "an amazing group of parents that make the league run smoothly."
North Penn Baseball Association is led by an Executive Board comprised of President Erin Thurston, VP Kelley Reed, Player Agent Bobby Cucinella, Secretary Jennifer Higgins, and Treasurer Danielle DeBoyace.
Board members include Leah Cave, Ryan Higgins, Mary Catherine Kelly, Joe Pentasuglio, Kyle Bostrum, Nick Ross. Abby Mazzoni, Jennifer Pentasuglio, Carly Robinson, and Leon Adams, and Intermediates, Majors/AAA, and Minors/AA Commissioners Steve Kowalczyk, Matt Kelly, and Randy Kapralick, respectively.
