Police said the man was wearing all black and covered his face during the 2AM Saturday robbery

Lansdale Borough Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a robber who hit the Lukoil on East Main Street early Saturday morning.

Police said at 2:06 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to Lukoil at 8 E. Main St. for a report of a robbery.


An investigation found that a man wearing all black clothing and a face covering entered the gas station and stole cash from the register before fleeing on foot toward Jenkins Avenue, police said.


The robber is described as a Black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall with a heavy build, police said.


Lansdale Police were assisted on scene by Montgomery Township Police Department and its K9 unit.


The investigation is ongoing, police said.
