Montgomery Township Police are seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect who was caught on surveillance entering an unlocked vehicle parked within the township.
Police said the incident occurred on Sept. 2 in the township’s Meadow Glen neighborhood, which is bordered by County Line and Dekalb roads. Investigators did not say if anything was stolen, however they are urging township residents to refrain from keeping valuable items in their vehicles while issuing a reminder to always keep their vehicle doors locked.
“All residents are encouraged to contact the Montgomery Township Police Department if they see something suspicious and file a report if they have been the victim of a crime,” police said.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact the Montgomery Township Police Department at 215-362-2301 or their anonymous tipline at 215-393-6714.
