Weather Forecast Forces Cancellation of Montgomery Township’s Autumn Festival

(The following information was provided by Montgomery Township.)

Due to the weather forecast for this Saturday, Oct. 14, Montgomery Township’s 21st Annual Autumn Festival has been cancelled.

Our staff and volunteers work very hard to coordinate this event, and our vendors, organizations and businesses are always excited to participate. We were hopeful the weather would take a turn and cooperate, but unfortunately Mother Nature has other plans. Due to the magnitude of the event and the number of vendors, crafters, businesses, organizations, food trucks and groups involved, this event does not have a rain date.

However, we do have some good news! You can join us for a Touch-a-Truck Event, grab a free pumpkin (while supplies last), and watch the fireworks next Saturday, Oct. 21! The Touch-a-Truck will start at 5 p.m., with fireworks to begin at approximately 7 p.m. Montgomery Township Baseball and Softball Association’s snack stand will be open during the event.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our sponsors, our volunteers, vendors, and the local community for their unwavering support and understanding.
