Fireworks, Food Trucks and Fall Festivities Headline This Year’s Autumn Festival in Montgomery Township

Montgomery Township will be hosting their 21st annual Autumn Festival community event on Saturday, Oct. 14 from noon to 5 p.m. at William F. Maule Park at Windlestrae, located at 1147 Kenas Road.

Fireworks will follow at approximately 7 p.m.

This year’s events will include many of the park attractions that residents of Montgomery Township have grown to know and love, such as inflatable amusements, hayrides, pumpkin decorating, scarecrow making, helicopter landing, police K-9 demonstrations, face painting, pony rides, petting zoo, and police/fire department displays. This year’s festival will also feature a replica of Optimus Prime®!

Admission

There is no monetary admission fee. No wristbands or tickets will be sold. All entertainment and activities are free.

Cash is recommended for shopping with the many vendors and food vendors. Credit card acceptance is per individual vendor. Montgomery Township does not facilitate any credit card transactions.

*The beer & wine garden is open until 5pm.

Music Entertainment

  • Keith & Joey: noon to 3 p.m. at the Beer Garden Stage

  • Two of a Kind Kids Concert: 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. in the Kids Amusement area

  • Soundsational Entertainment DJ: 3 p.m. until fireworks at the Beer Garden Stage

  • JeffSTAT helicopter landing (air conditions permitting)

  • K-9 demonstrations at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. on the baseball field closest to the William F. Maule parking lot

  • Pumpkin distribution and decorating (while supplies last)

  • Scarecrow making (while supplies last)

  • The Amazing Larry Vee juggling and fire tricks

  • Stilt-walking scarecrow by Stand Tall

Parking

    • Handicap parking available at the main lot of William F. Maule Park at Windlestrae. (1147 Kenas Road)

  • Offsite parking (Free Shuttle Service available until 6 p.m.):

    • Penn Manufacturing Industries (506 Stump Road)

    • Keystone Fellowship (427 Stump Road) 

Fireworks

A fireworks and laser show will follow the Autumn Festival at approximately 7 p.m. at William F. Maule Park at Windlestrae. Attendees are advised to relocate their vehicles from offsite parking lots to on-site parking before the end of shuttle service at 6 p.m.

In the event of rain, fireworks will be postponed to Saturday, Oct. 21. Please check our social media and website for this update.
