First Responders on Scene of Vehicle Crash with Entrapment on Main Street in Lansdale

Police and fire crews are currently at the scene of a vehicle crash with entrapment on West Main Street in Lansdale Borough.

According to the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety, units were dispatched to the intersection of West Main Street and Towamencin Avenue at 7:34 p.m. for a report of a vehicle crash. Sources at the scene said one vehicle was overturned with the driver trapped inside.

Crews are currently working to free the driver. There has been no confirmation of injuries, however county dispatch shows a unit from VMSC Emergency Medical Services being dispatched to the scene.

A portion of West Main Street is closed as first responders work the scene. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area.
