A two-vehicle crash forced the closure of a portion of Cowpath Road in Franconia Township Wednesday evening.

The crash occurred at 6:23 p.m. at the intersection with Regent Road in front of the entrance to the Indian Valley Meadows community. Arriving crews found a tan Toyota Corolla with significant passenger side damage in the roadway, and a Honda Accord with heavy front-end damage that had left the roadway and was in nearby bushes.

Both drivers were treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Cowpath Road was closed between Church Road and Telford Pike for approximately 45 minutes as first responders worked to process and clear the scene. Franconia Township Police were assisted by units from Telford Fire Company and VMSC Emergency Medical Services.
