First responders are currently at the scene of residential fire along the 300 block of Candace Way in Hilltown Township.
Crews were dispatched to the scene around 6:20 p.m. on Nov. 7 for a report of a building fire. Arriving personnel encountered a fire in a second-floor bedroom of the home, with the occupants of the home having already evacuated.
The fire was placed under control at 6:33 p.m., though the scene is still active at the time of publishing.
No injuries have been reported.
Officials at the scene said the fire started in the top corner of the bedroom, with the source likely being an electrical issue.
