A Hatfield Christmas holiday display that would make Clark Griswold jealous will be featured in the first hour of "The Great Christmas Light Fight” two-hour season finale on ABC Dec. 19 at 9 p.m.

The Michael Family Christmas Display of 80,000 lights and a 25-year collection of vintage and modern blow-mold lawn figures at 102 Kimberly Way and Derstine Road always turns heads and stops cars marveling at its bombastic holiday display.

The nation will marvel along with the locals when the family is a 2023 contender on Season 11 of "The Great Christmas Light Fight.” Back in September, the family promised to update the community on its specific air date.

According to the family, the filming of the display was completed in November 2022.

Now, the Michael family wants fans to set up their DVRs and record the series to see how successful the Michaels are against other families competing across the United States for a $50,000 grand prize and a Light Fight trophy.

In the episode, celebrity judge Taniya Nayak visits the Manfre, Swenson, Michael, and Smith family Christmas displays, where she evaluates the use of lights, overall design, and Christmas spirit.

"The Great Christmas Light Fight” broadcasts on 6ABC and can also be found on streaming platforms such as Hulu, Disney+, Apple, and several others.

Editor's note: Though the home is located in Towamencin Township, the Michael family has a Hatfield mailing address, and all directions-to or promotion-of the display lists Hatfield as the address. In order to avoid confusion, we have chosen to use the mailing address in this article.
