Well Crafted Expands Hours for Weekday Lunch, Adds New Seasonal Food Menu

Well Crafted Beer Company in Lansdale has expanded their hours to include weekday lunch!

The brewpub is now open Tuesday through Sunday at noon and has introduced an updated seasonal food menu. The beer company is best known for its Bavarian pretzels, flatbreads, sandwiches, vegetarian options, and desserts.

After bringing in some rock star chefs, they are getting creative and serving rotating house-made soups and sandwich combos, rotating specials, and new flatbreads for lunch or dinner. Mocktails and low alcohol content shandys are now on the drink list as well, and the kids menu includes hot dogs and grilled cheese along with their staple choices of pizza, PB&J, and chicken tenders.

Each menu item pairs with their wide variety of quality beers made on site and made at Well Crafted’s second brewery in Ambler. Try the German Sausage Plate with a pilsner or lager or a delicious Chicago style hot dog with a Hop Monger Hazy IPA. The local charcuterie board features cheeses from the Grand Fromage in Skippack and local sausages from IRP Meat and Seafood in Telford, which pairs well with their Hazy Pale Ales: Cirro or Lil’ Monger.

Stout season is upon us and they suggest pairing a Mystic Cow Milk Stout or Cacao Caliente Mexican Chocolate Stout with a dessert such as their Blonde brownie a la mode. A buttery and sugary blonde brownie with a pinch of salt baked in house and topped with Freddy Hill Farms vanilla ice cream.

"We are excited to continue to evolve our culinary program at Well Crafted and are very thankful to have a great kitchen staff that can get creative in the kitchen," said Managing Partner Diane Molle.

A recent Google review highlights their new cauliflower taco dish made with roasted cauliflower, avocado, beer cheese, pico de gallo, pickled jalapeños, and cilantro.

" If I were on death row, this would be my last meal," reads a portion of the review.
