Dental Practice to Take Over Former R&S Keystone Diner Location in Sellersville

When R&S Keystone Diner announced its closure, the rumor mill revved up as to who would take over the 4714 Bethlehem Pike property.

Some were certain Grand View Hospital was taking it over, others bet their life on Jefferson Health.

On Friday, the rumors were quenched with the announcement from Weaver, Reckner & Reinhart Dental Associates that it will be moving its Souderton location at 775 Route 113 into the former R&S Keystone.

In a Facebook post on Friday, the dental office posted the following:

“After nearly 30 years at the Souderton Center location, Weaver Reckner and Reinhart Dental Associates is excited to announce that we are making plans to relocate our Souderton office to the former R&S Keystone Diner property … The practice is currently working with a designer and local engineer to plan a new state-of-the-art facility while continuing to provide the best dental care for patients and the community.”

According to the post, the office needs more space for comfort for patients and ease of scheduling. Construction is expected later this year, with an anticipated opening date of Summer 2024.

According to the post, design plans, in addition to better technology, include a private dedicated parking area with safe entrances from Bethlehem Pike and Keystone Drive.

Both Souderton and Harleysville locations will remain open throughout the process, per the post.

Weaver Reckner and Reinhart Dental Associates have been in business for more than 25 years. Doctors include R. Todd Weaver, John L. Reckner, Tracy L. Reinhart, George J. Reinhart, and David Guengerich.
