Lansdale Farmers Market Opens 15th Season May 13

The official opening day of the Lansdale Farmers Market's 2023 season will be Saturday, May 13, rain or shine, in Penndale Middle School’s parking lot off Church Road in the borough.

It’s the 15th season for the market, voted Montgomery County’s best Farmers’ Market for nine years straight by fans on the Montco Happening List. As always, shoppers will find the freshest produce, meat, poultry, baked goods and handmade products from regional farmers and producers.

This year features 38 vendors, including four new arrivals:
The newcomers will display alongside returning favorites including Lansdale’s own Backyard Beans and Small Batch Kitchen, Darnel’s Cakes, Nutty Novelties, Mainly Mushrooms, Mamyli Home Made Products, Wild for Salmon, Amazing Acres Goat Dairy, Mickley’s Orchard, and Jus Kiddin Around, Kimberton CSA, and Living Hope farms.

Several vendors offer online pre-ordering to skip the lines — find them on the market’s website. Free up some time to enjoy fresh hot breakfast goods and coffee while enjoying opening-day music by singer/guitarist Jeff Lohan.

The market is open every Saturday through Dec. 23 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. with no dogs allowed, then 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for everyone. T-shirts are for sale at the information tent as a fundraiser for the nonprofit that runs the market — volunteer for the market by contacting [email protected].
