Lansdale Historical Society to Host Revolutionary War Community Program Next Week

Lansdale Historical Society’s next community program is “Montgomery County in the Revolutionary War,” to be held on Thursday, May 11.

Local resident Michael Jesberger, a historical reenactor, lecturer, and tour guide, will present an informative program about common soldiers who fought in the American Revolution and the various incidents that took place in Montgomery County and the surrounding Philadelphia region during that time. Jesberger is a native of Northeast Philadelphia and now resides in Lansdale.

The program starts at 7 p.m. at Borough Hall, One Vine Street, Lansdale. There is no admission charge, but donations are appreciated.
