Souderton Borough Police are seeking public assistance in locating a missing and endangered woman who hasn’t been seen or heard from since last week.
Christi Troiano, 56, was last seen leaving her home during the early morning hours of April 25, and her family said she indicated she may intend harming herself. She is described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes standing 5-foot-8-inches tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds. Troiano owns and operates a black, 2009 Acura TL bearing Pennsylvania registration GJN7484, according to police.
Troiano is known to visit the Jersey Shore as well as casinos in Atlantic City and parks in Bucks County. Police said it is unknown what clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
“All possible attempts have been made to locate Christi and her vehicle, including the use of cell phone pings and the utilization of a GPS locator which was installed in her vehicle when she purchased it,” said Souderton Police Chief Brian Newhall. “These efforts have been unsuccessful so far. Information about Christi and her vehicle have been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.”
According to Troiano’s daughter, Christi has an active involuntary commitment order due to mental health issues. The daughter added that there has been no activity or transactions made via Christi’s credit cards and bank accounts.
Anyone who may see Christi Troiano or her vehicle is asked to immediately dial 9-1-1.
