In preparation for the upcoming renovations of North Penn High School (NPHS), North Penn School District is holding the “Bus to North Penn’s Re-Imagined Future” program on Monday, April 3.
Participants will begin their tour at North Penn High School with a light breakfast and remarks in the library. The group will tour NPHS and see first-hand the repairs and renovations needed to the building. Participants will then travel to Upper Merion High School via propane-powered school bus and see what a renovated NPHS could look like. Upper Merion was recently renovated by architects Schrader Group, the company contracted to renovate NPHS and the company responsible for the recently completed Knapp Elementary School renovation.
“We want the community to see both our current high school, which has been held together for far too long by our incredible facilities staff, and what our high school could be,” said Superintendent Dr. Todd Bauer. “I encourage anyone who is curious about our upcoming renovation to attend and see both where we are, and where we can go.”
Schedule for the day is as follows:
Registration for Bus to North Penn’s Re-Imagined Future must be completed by March 28. Space for the event is limited. To learn more and register, click here.
