North Penn High School’s Enact Club is hosting their annual sapling sale through March 22, in an effort to offset gas and electricity consumption.
Interested parties can pick from a trio of Eastern Redbud, Flowering Dogwood, and White Oak saplings here, with each costing $5 per sapling. Then, on April 22 between 9 a.m. and noon, a drive-through pick up event will be held at North Penn High School, where purchasers will provide their name and have their saplings placed into the trunk of their vehicles.
Each sapling is bare-root and is approximately two-feet tall. The sapling should be planted within a week of reception, according to the club.
