North Penn School District Providing Free Summer Food Service Program

The North Penn School District (NPSD) School Nutrition Services department is providing a daily free lunch to children under 18 beginning Monday, June 19 at four North Penn community locations.

Meals will be available every weekday through Friday, August 11. Lunches can be picked up at the following locations:

  • Hatfield Park (Dog Park Parking Lot), 1950 School Road, Hatfield, weekdays from 10:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
  • A.M. Kulp Elementary School, 801 Cowpath Road, Hatfield, weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to noon
  • Oak Park Elementary School, 500 Squirrel Lane, Lansdale, weekdays from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
  • Inglewood Elementary School, 1313 Allentown Road, Lansdale, weekdays from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Children must be present in order to receive a free meal. Families are limited to one lunch per one child, per day. Fresh produce, when available, will be included in the meals. To learn more about the program, please visit the SNS website.

For those unable to pick up lunches through the NPSD program, Manna on Main Street also has several programs for those in need. To-Go Meals are available Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sit-Down Meals are available Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Manna also offers in-person and online grocery shopping — an intake form is required to use these services.
