The new Wawa at the intersection of Cowpath Road and North Broad Street in Hatfield Township is set to open with a Grand Opening Celebration Friday morning.
Doors at the new location open at 8 a.m., with the festivities set to kick off at 8:30 a.m. Free t-shirts will be provided to the first 100 customers, and a mix of company leadership, local officials, and community partners will provide a series of remarks.
A charitable hoagie-building competition will also be held on location involving local first responders.
The new Wawa is located at 1900 North Broad Street. It will be the township’s third Wawa location, with two others on Bethlehem Pike.
