In an effort to raise funds for the Upper Gwynedd Township Fire Department, Volpe Enterprises is set to host an open house and silent auction on Aug. 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 217 Church Road in Upper Gwynedd Township.
The open house will give attendees the ability to explore Volpe’s facilities, talk to employees, and learn more about the services Volpe offers, while the silent auction gives them the ability to bid on several items and services donated by the local businesses of the Upper Gwynedd Township community.
The events are both open to the public for no cost of admission, and will provide music, entertainment for kids as well as their listed events, and refreshments.
All income generated by the events will go towards the Upper Gwynedd Township Fire Department, which will then be used to fund training programs and provide better equipment to their staff.
“We are thrilled to host this open house and silent auction event in support of the Upper Gwynedd Township Fire Department,” said Stephen Volpe, president of Volpe Enterprises. “The fire department plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our community, and we are honored to contribute to their continued success.”
People and businesses interest in donating to the silent auction event can contact Elizabeth Cornell at [email protected] for information on how to donate.
