North Penn Announces New Assistant Director of Special Education and Student Services

The North Penn School District Board of School Directors recently appointed Neil Broxterman, Ed.D., as the new Assistant Director of Special Education and Student Services at their most recent action meeting.

Broxterman has been employed in the North Penn School District since 2008, serving as Assistant Principal of North Penn High School from 2008 to 2015, Principal of A.M. Kulp Elementary School from 2015 to 2018, and most recently as a Supervisor of Special Education at North Penn High School and Northbridge.

Broxterman earned his Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Lock Haven University and his master’s in education from Wilkes University. He received a principal certification from Gwynedd-Mercy College and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University.

North Penn School District would like to congratulate Neil Broxterman on his appointment and wish him good luck as he brings his leadership to North Penn schools in the coming school years.
