Sixteen single-family luxury homes named Bellflower, with areas up to 5,175 square feet, are set to be completed by Fall 2023 near the intersection of Bethel Road and Skippack Pike/Route 73 in Worcester Township, courtesy of Fort-Washington based Toll Brothers Inc.
According to a press release, Bellflower by Toll Brothers will offer four- or five-bedroom homes between 3,687 and 5,175 square feet, and private backyards of at least a half-acre each in a cul-de-sac development. Homes offer two- or three-car side-entry garages. It is located in Methacton School District.
Worcester Township Board of Supervisors approved the final development on March 15, 2023. The development, also known as the Zacharczuk subdivision, comprises 34.5 acres at 2581 Skippack Pike.
All 16 lots will be serviced by sewer from Upper Gwynedd Township, per the March meeting. The township also received $80,000 in lieu of trees required on the development due to it being a heavily-wooded area already.
“We’re excited to introduce our newest luxury single-family home community to meet home buyer demand for this popular style of home,” said John Dean, division president of Toll Brothers in Pennsylvania and Delaware in a press release. “Bellflower by Toll Brothers will offer residents the best in luxury living in an intimate community featuring large home sites and private backyards.”
Other nearby Toll Brothers communities include Reserve at Center Square, also in Worcester Township and Regency at Waterside in Ambler.
