A third Thai restaurant is coming soon to the old Yanni’s
Gyros spot at 213 W. Main Street.
Kub Kao Thai & Beyond
will hold a soft opening on Friday, according
to its Facebook page.
Kub Kao, founded in 2017, relocated from the Rice & Curry Thai & Asian Bistro in Maple Glen, which is under new management, according to its Facebook.
Thai cuisine offered by Kub Kao includes Thai green papaya salad with papaya, tomatoes and peanuts, deep fried homemade ground chicken wontons, bamboo steamed vegetables, pad thai with rice noodles, eggs, scallions, bean sprouts and crushed peanuts, salmon teriyaki, drunken noodle, tom yum hot and sour soup made with lemongrass, galangal and makrut lime leaves, mango and sweet sticky rice, Tom Ka Gai chicken and coconut milk broth with lemongrass, mushrooms and galangal, and rock shrimp tempura.
Kub Kao will be open 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch and 2:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner. Call them at 267-500-2077.
