Police Seek ID of Suspect Who Ran Over Person in Shopping Center During Road Rage Incident

Hilltown Township Police are seeking public assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for running over a man during a road rage incident at the Hilltown Plaza Shopping Center.

Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Route 113 on Feb. 7 for a report of a struck pedestrian. Investigators learned that a road rage incident had occurred between an unknown driver and vehicle and a blue Chevrolet Express van.

The driver of the unknown vehicle exited their vehicle, at which point the driver of the Chevrolet struck the person, drove over them, and fled the area, police said. The Chevrolet, which was described as having a custom front-side license plate and a ladder rack on the roof, was last scene traveling northbound on Main Street through Telford Borough, police said.

The operator of the Chevrolet is described as a white male with a beard. Police are investigating the incident as an aggravated assault by vehicle.
