Perkasie Borough Police have renewed their call for information in the August 2020 disappearance of Cassandra “Cassie” Stinger, as her family continues to await her safe arrival home.

“It’s almost her birthday,” wrote Stinger’s brother, Jason, of Barto, on his public Facebook on Jan. 24. “Happy early Birthday wherever you are.”

On Thursday, the Perkasie Borough Police Department issued a public bulletin seeking any information on Stinger, now 41.

Police said Stinger resided in Perkasie in 2020 and then moved to the Harleysville area. In late 2020, she moved to the 1500 block of Church St, Philadelphia, and police said it was her last known address.

Police said she is still believed to be in that area, however no new information has been developed. Call Perkasie Borough Police Detectives at 215-257-6876 with any information on Cassie Stinger.

According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs), Stinger is Caucasian, with red and auburn hair and blue eyes, 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing 175 pounds at her last appearance.

NamUs records show that Stinger last contacted her family via phone on Aug. 8, 2020, and left a voicemail. At the time, she was residing in Perkasie with her father, until they had to leave due to foreclosure, per NamUs. Stinger changed her driver’s license to a Philadelphia address in November 2020, per NamUs.
