One person was injured Monday afternoon following a three-vehicle crash on County Line Road near the border between New Britain, Montgomery, and Hatfield townships.
The crash occurred just before 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 18 along the unit block of County Line Road. Crews were dispatched to the scene for a report of an accident with injuries, with arriving personnel encountering two vehicles in the roadway and a third that left the road and came to a stop in a nearby drainage ditch.
One driver was treated on scene for minor injuries, sources said.
As a result of the crash, County Line Road was closed between Richardson Road and Walnut Street for nearly an hour as police worked to process and clear the scene.
New Britain Township Police were assisted at the scene by units from the Montgomery Township and Hatfield Township police departments, as well as VMSC Emergency Medical Services.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
