In preparation for the 2023-2024 school year, the North Penn School District (NPSD) has released important back to school dates for students and families. The first day of school will be Aug. 29.
● Aug. 16 and 17: K-Day at North Penn High School, 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. (Kindergarten Chromebook pick-up also available on Aug. 17.)
● Aug. 21 through Aug. 28: Families will receive a hard copy of the NPSD Activities calendar through the mail. Any family registered after July 16 will receive their activities calendar directly from their school.
● Aug. 21: NPSD Extended School Care Virtual Parent Meeting, 7 p.m.
● Aug. 21: Elementary teacher assignments released on Infinite Campus, noon
● Aug. 21: Middle and high school schedules released on Infinite Campus, noon
● Aug. 21: Public and non-public bus schedules available through Infinite Campus
● Aug. 23: First day for teachers
● Aug. 28: Orientation Day for seventh grade, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., transportation provided
● Aug. 28: Middle school open house for students and families 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
● Aug. 28: Orientation Day for 10th grade, 7:21 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., transportation provided
● Aug. 29: Orientation Day for Kindergarten, no transportation provided
● Aug. 29: First day of school, all students
In addition to these dates, school supply lists have been updated and can be found on each individual school site. The North Penn School District looks forward to welcoming back all students on Aug. 29 for the first day of school. Start times for each school can be found here.
