The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Tornado Watch for eastern Pennsylvania effective through 11 p.m. Monday.
A strong line of thunderstorms is expected to move through Montgomery County Monday evening bringing the potential for tornados, hail, and high winds, according to the NWS. Forecasters said isolated hail up to the size of a ping pong ball is possible, along with the potential of several tornados and widespread wind gusts of up to 75 miles per hour.
Flash flooding also remains as a threat, the NWS said.
