Chamber of Commerce, Elected Officials Celebrate Opening of Round House in Lansdale

Officials from the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday for Lansdale’s newest restaurant: The Round House.

Formerly the location of the Round Guys Brewing Company’s taproom, the space was converted earlier this year into an upscale drink and dining collaboration between Round Guys’ ownership and JGCE LLC – the team behind Harleysville’s Butcher and Barkeep and Souderton’s Northbound.

“I was excited to join them and The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County for a ribbon cutting event last night to celebrate their recent opening,” said state Sen. Maria Collett, who attended the ribbon cutting with local state Rep. Steve Malagari. “With a fully renovated space and unique food and drink menus, Round House is sure to be a Lansdale staple!”

Round House entered their soft launch period in early March, quickly drawing rave reviews from customers eager to check out their menu, cocktails, expanded seating, and overhauled décor.

“Enjoying great food and drink are passions among my partners and I,” said Cody Ferdinand, of JGCE. “It’s always a thrill to start a new project to create and execute new ideas.”

Round House offers scratch cooking with a classic American fare — including the fan-favorite sexy fries from Northbound and Butcher and Barkeep — along with entrees and small plates that highlight local and seasonal flavors. The food is complimented by a creative and comprehensive cocktail program, as well as beers and seltzers from Round Guys Brewing Co. and wines and spirits from various locations across the state.
