Imprint Beer Co. to Host Charity Home Brew Competition Benefitting Knights for Life Foundation

Imprint Beer Co. will host the Top of the Hops homebrew competition next month, with all proceeds benefitting local charity Knights for Life.

The event, sponsored by Keystone Homebrew, will be held at 1500 Industry Road, Suite O, in Hatfield Township on Oct. 15 from noon to 4 p.m. Attendee tickets are available here, and homebrew registration is available here.

Imprint co-owner Ryan Diehl said 20 homebrewers have registered to date, and he’s seeking another 10 entries to round out the competition.

Attendees will receive tickets to vote for their favorite beers for the People’s Choice category, with the top three receiving prizes. The top eight selections from the People’s Choice category will move on to the Judge’s Choice category, where a panel of professional brewers, brewery owners, and prominent craft beer aficionados will select the top homebrews.

In addition to the homebrew competition, Imprint will also be hosting a pro-am competition involving local breweries. Homebrewers will also be invited to an Imprint brewery tour and Q and A will the owners and brewers.

All proceeds from the event will go to the Knights for Life Foundation, who missing is to support area individuals and families who are facing issues related to declining health or who have experienced profound loss.
