State Rep. Steven Malagari invites senior citizens and their families in the 53rd Legislative District to attend a free Senior Fair from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 16 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1000 W. Main St.
“I’m hoping a good number of seniors come out to take advantage of what this fair has to offer,” said Malagari, D-Montgomery. “I look forward to hearing my constituents’ thoughts on issues, which will help me better serve as their voice in Harrisburg.”
Vendors will provide information on health care, government services, SEPTA Senior Key Cards, veteran discount ID cards, and more. The event will feature community organizations, light refreshments, and free door prizes.
Seniors will be able to receive COVID-19 booster vaccines and annual flu vaccines on site, as well as dispose of their expired prescription drugs in a drop-off box. Also available at this fair will be information on federal and state benefits and services, as well as state and school district rebate info.
Anyone with questions should contact Malagari’s office at (267) 768-3671 or [email protected].
