Montgomery Township to Host 20th Annual Autumn Festival This Weekend

Montgomery Township will be hosting their 20th annual Autumn Festival community event on Saturday, Oct. 15 from noon to 5 p.m. at William F. Maule Park at Windlestrae, located at 1147 Kenas Road.

Fireworks will follow at approximately 7 p.m.

This year’s events will include many of the park attractions that residents of Montgomery Township have grown to know and love, such as the hayrides, pumpkin decorating, scarecrow making, helicopter landing, police K-9 meet and greet, face painting, pony rides, petting zoo, and police/fire department displays, as well as new attractions such as a “Tubs of Fun” ride for young kids, an inflatable corn maze, ninja wall, and more. Additionally, there will be a beer/wine garden.

Admission:

There is a suggested donation of nonperishable food or essential items benefitting Manna on Main Street. Please click here for a list of items needed.

There is no monetary admission fee. No wristbands or tickets will be sold. All entertainment and activities are free.

Cash is recommended for shopping with the many vendors and food vendors. Credit card acceptance is per individual vendor. Montgomery Township does not facilitate any credit card transactions.

*Several food vendors will remain on site until the end of the fireworks show.

Live Music:

  • Keith & Joey: 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Parking:

  • On-site event parking: Rose Twig at Windlestrae, handicap parking available at the main lot of William F. Maule Park at Windlestrae
  • Overflow parking (free shuttle service available until 6 p.m.): Penn Manufacturing Industries (506 Stump Road), Keystone Fellowship (427 Stump Road) 

Fireworks:

A fireworks and laser show will follow the Autumn Festival at approximately 7 p.m. at William F. Maule Park at Windlestrae. Attendees are advised to relocate their vehicles from overflow lots to on-site parking before the end of shuttle service at 6 p.m.

Miscellaneous

We extend a special thank you to Isabel Dreher, winner of our 2020 Autumn Festival logo contest. This year is the first year her new logo is representing the event.

In the event of rain, a modified version of the event will be held at the Montgomery Township Community & Recreation Center, located at 1030 Horsham Rd. Please check our social media and website for this update.
