Montgomery Township Police Swear-in Two New Police Officers

Two new police officers were sworn into the Montgomery Township Police Department during Montgomery Township’s public Board of Supervisors meeting on May 9, with Officers Hannah Moran and Sean Orrison officially joining the department.

Hannah Moran was raised in Collegeville, graduating from Methacton High School. She went on to graduate from Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, MO, majoring in criminal justice while also playing for the women's rugby team. Moran then attended the Montgomery County Community College Municipal Police Academy, graduating in December 2021.

Sean Orrison was raised in Upper Pottsgrove, graduating from Pottsgrove High School. He graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. Orrison attended the Montgomery County Community College Municipal Police Academy graduating in June 2021, where he received the Leadership Award chosen by the Director of the Academy.
