Discover Lansdale has announced the publication of the
Seventh Annual Discover Lansdale Business Directory, and is asking local businesses to check their listings for accuracy — or to submit their information to be listed, free of charge for those within the borough's borders.
The 2022 edition will be themed to celebrate Lansdale's 150th birthday, by looking at the the past, the present and the future of the borough's business community, and the organization added that today's businesses are also a big part of the town's future.
The civic nonprofit asks that businesses located in Lansdale Borough check the online version at
www.discoverlansdale.org to see whether they are currently listed, and whether those listings are correct. Discover Lansdale offers to list any business located in Lansdale Borough free of charge; businesses outside of the borough's borders can be listed at a nominal fee.
Forms for listing are available here.
Current listings that require updates can be emailed to
[email protected]. New-listing forms, or the information requested on those forms, can also be emailed to that address. Deadline is June 30.
Discover Lansdale also asks that businesses consider placing advertisements or descriptive listings, to help defray the costs of publication.
Ad rates are listed here. The printed version will be distributed free through local businesses through spring of 2023.
Discover Lansdale's nonprofit civic efforts also include First Fridays, Founders Day, Cruise Night, the Mardi Gras Parade and our restoration project at the historic Reading Freight House on South Broad Street.
The organization also is coordinating the celebration of Lansdale's 150th anniversary. Organizations, businesses and community members are invited to march down Main with the
Founders 150 Parade on Aug. 20, as well as join in the community day/flea market on July 16, and participate in many other scheduled events. For the full listing and registration forms, visit
