The Indian Creek Foundation will be hosting its 31st Annual Roll, Stroll and Run this Saturday, June 18 on the foundation’s Souderton campus, 420 Cowpath Rd.
The charity ride/walk/race typically draws more than 300 participants and volunteers from all over PA and NJ, according to the foundation. The event features four scenic and challenging cycling routes, from 10 to 62 miles, two walking courses — 1K and 5K — and a timed 5K run.
They will also host a post-race community carnival with fun for the family, including an all-you-care-to-eat lunch, live music, moon bounce, face painting, balloon sculpting, and beer garden.
All participants will receive a participant t-shirt, swag bag, lunch, and admission to the carnival.
Volunteers will receive a volunteer T-shirt, lunch, and carnival admission. Admission to the carnival as a non-participant will cost $5, including lunch.
On Thursday, June 16, from 5:30-7 p.m., drive-through early check-in will be offered in front of the Indian Creek Foundation building. Attendees can avoid Saturday's lines and pick up their collectible T-shirts, 5K run bibs, swag bags, and other event materials that evening. There will even be a prize for the first car to arrive.
All events will be held at 420 Cowpath Road, Souderton, PA. To participate, visit the
31st Annual Roll Stroll & Run sign-up page; volunteers are asked to visit the
Indian Creek Foundation volunteer page.
The Roll, Stroll, & Run event benefits the Indian Creek Foundation’s 23 residential houses, helping to provide a stable home life for more than 100 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. All funds raised will be used for improvements and renovations at their residential care homes.
