A liquor license transfer for Strong Crab LLC was unanimously approved by Montgomery Township Supervisors during Monday night’s meeting.
During the meeting, a public hearing was held to review the liquor license transfer application submitted by Strong Crab LLC, located at 650 Cowpath Road in Five Points Plaza — previously the Ruby Tuesday site.
R liquor licenses permit the sale of alcohol (beer, wine, and liquor) in an establishment that regularly makes and serves food to the public. It is associated with an establishment that is a minimum of 400 sq. ft. and has 30 accessible seats.
