Vehicle Belonging to Victim of Fatal Tow Truck Crash on Lincoln Drive Registered to Harleysville Address

Philadelphia authorities said a 24-year-old woman was killed in a car accident Sunday night when her vehicle was T-boned by a tow truck on Lincoln Drive at Emlen Street, causing both vehicles to leave the roadway, per NBC10 Philadelphia.

The victim’s vehicle was registered to an address in Harleysville, police said, who have not released the identity of the woman pending next of kin notification.

The accident occurred in the West Mount Airy section of the city, per the report. The victim was eastbound on Emlen Street and the tow truck was southbound on Lincoln Drive, and police said the driver of the tow truck, who was not injured, was speeding.
