Lansdale Police Issue Reminder That Support is Available for People Experiencing Mental Health Crisis

The holiday season can cause increased stress which in some people can lead to physical illness, depression, anxiety, and substance overuse.  If you or someone you know is suffering from a mental health crisis there are several options for help:

The National Suicide Hotline 988

988 is a direct link for suicide prevention and crisis support.

Montgomery County Mobile Crisis Support 1-855-634-4673

Crisis support is available 24/7 for individuals, children and families experiencing crisis situations in Montgomery County. If you or someone you know needs immediate support or is experiencing a crisis, call the hotline.

Peer Support and Teen Talk Lines provide live call lines where teens and adults can speak or text anonymously with a peer about any issues or problems without fear of judgment.
