Wiley was transported to Paoli Hospital for treatment of his injuries. The responding officer was uninjured, police said.

Multiple fire shell casings were recovered at the scene, and a portion of the shooting incident was captured on the officer’s dash cam, investigators said. Wiley allegedly a 9mm Glock-type firearm that appeared to be a ghost gun, according to the criminal complaint.

Wiley is awaiting arraignment on the charges, and bail has not yet been set. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled following his arraignment.
