‘The East End’ to Open at Former Rock N Rebel Location in September

The West End in Quakertown will be opening a second location in Hatfield called The East End this September.

“One of the pillars that we use to be successful is to be community-based,” owner Jeff Siuta said. “Our Quakertown location sits right between Southern Lehigh School District and Quakertown School District, and we love being a part of those schools’ communities. We are very into working with local communities as far as fundraising and things like that. When this building became open, the fact that Pennridge, North Penn, Souderton, and Lansdale Catholic all are kind of around us, we thought it was the perfect location if we were ever going to open a second one.”

The East End will be located at 1903 Bethlehem Pike in Hilltown Township in the former location of Rock N Rebel Saloon & Grille that closed March 19. The official date it will open is to be determined, pending license. The expected hours are listed below.

  • Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to midnight
  • Mondays from 2 p.m. to midnight
  • Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m to 2 a.m.

It will be a full-service restaurant and bar that will serve lunch and dinner. There will be a smaller menu than The West End during the first few months as they are still waiting for equipment to be delivered.

Entertainment will include Trivia and Name That Tune with DJ Dave Boice on Wednesdays, country line dancing with DJ Dan on Thursdays, acoustic acts and bands on Friday and Saturday, and Eagles Football Sundays.

The East End has hired 45 new staff members, but they are still taking applications. Those interested in applying can contact [email protected]

The West End has been operating since 2015. They offer brunch on Sundays, all you can eat crab legs on Sundays, and entertainment. The East End can expect similar things as it continues to grow.

“We’re very excited for people to see all of the renovations,” Siuta said. “The place has been completely redone inside and out, and we're excited to open and to start this new venture.”
