Variety to Hold Annual Fall Fest, Monster Mash Music Mania on Oct. 9

On Saturday, Oct. 9, Variety - the Children’s Charity of the Delaware Valley will hold its annual Fall Fest on its 77-acre campus in Worcester. Kids can enjoy pumpkin picking and decorating, sensory friendly trick-or-treating, Halloween characters story time and a pop-up dance party. Plus, there will be a BBQ, hayrides, raffles, live music, vendors and more. Variety invites children of all abilities to participate in these fun activities. 

Children are free. Adults are asked to make a $25 donation. Tickets can be purchased at varietyphila.org/fall-fest-tickets or on site at the event. Pre-sale tickets end at noon on Thursday, Oct. 7.

At Fall Fest, Variety will also award the second annual Variety Health Hero Award to Aimee Sala of Aim High Studio.

Variety Fall Fest is being made possible by amazing corporate and community sponsors and partners including Syngenius, Giordano Garden Groceries and Methacton Community Theater. Cabins throughout Variety's campus will also be decorated by supporters such as The Philadelphia Eagles.

Variety’s mission is to enrich the lives of children and young adults with disabilities through social, educational and vocational programs that nurture independence and self-confidence, and prepare them for life. Variety is one of the only organizations in the region that has been able to provide onsite programming for children with disabilities throughout the pandemic.

Following the Fall Fest, Variety will hold their Monster Mash Music Mania event at the same location, with doors opening at 3:30 p.m., with four bands performing from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children between the ages of 8 and 14 years old. Children under 7 years old get in for free.
